Tour Policies

Our Tours are for self-formed groups.  We can accommodate a group as small as  6 and as large as  20, although we gladly arrange events for larger parties.  Occasionally we schedule tours to combine several smaller groups of less than six.  We also offer hotel accommodation, airport greetings and transfers, as well as multi-lingual guides when necessary.

Tour Bookings:
Reservations should be made 3 to 6 months in advance when possible.  Groups requiring special arrangements and numerous restaurant reservations should begin planning at least 6 months in advance.

All Tours include wine/beer at meals and other events, but exclude other drinks.

• are subject to group size limitations for hands-on cooking.

Tours are subject to availability and changes in itinerary and/or schedule

Deposits & Refunds:
A $50 deposit is required at the time of making a reservation All final payments must be made three (3) weeks prior to commencement of tour.

Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellations are made in writing three (3) weeks prior to commencement of tour In the event of such a cancellation, deposits, less $10 per person, will be refunded.

If a tour is cancelled, all monies will be refunded

Small Group Surcharge:
We try to run our trips with as few as six people if necessary, but due to our specialized activities, many costs are higher for small groups.  In order to avoid canceling, we add a surcharge of 10%  for groups of 6-9 paying participants.  This surcharge will appear on your final invoice where necessary, and will be refunded later if group size permits.
